Delicious hamburger, shrimp and bok choy:

1/4 cup Shao Xing rice wine.
1/2 tablespoons of enhanced clam sauce.
2 tsp cornstarch
4 teaspoons of canola oil
3/4 pounds of sirloin.
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper.
10 Raw shrimp
1 pound Bok Choy
Instructions:

Beat rice wine, clam sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl until the cornstarch decomposes.
Heat two teaspoons of oil in a large nonstick pan or skillet at medium high temperature. Includes meat and crushed red pepper. Continue cooking and mixing until the burgers begin to dark.
